Pre-Hearing Informational Meeting

Because the Hearing is a formal setting of the University Conduct Process, the Office of Community Standards provides students an opportunity to attend an informational meeting before the scheduled Hearing in order to:

• Read the report that was submitted to the Office of Community Standards
• Ask questions about the Standards of Conduct that will be foundation for the Hearing
• Discuss witnesses
• Ask questions about the process that will be followed during the Hearing
• Gain insight into the timeline of the Hearing process

The pre-Hearing informational meeting is optional. Although the Hearing date and time is not able to be re-scheduled, students may request to re-schedule the pre-Hearing informational meeting by calling 574-631-5551.

Students are encouraged to read the Hearing Resource Page before attending the pre-Hearing informational meeting.
