Information about the Blue Book

Each academic year, the Office of Community Standards publishes a hard copy booklet titled "Important Information Regarding Sexual Harassment including: Sexual Assault, Sexual Misconduct, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking, and Conduct that Creates a Hostile Environment." The booklet provides an overview of policies, support services, and reporting options for students who have been affected by sexual assault, sexual misconduct, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and/or conduct that creates a hostile environment.

Due to the updating of content each summer, the color of the booklet changes each year to ensure that students are referring to the most current information. The booklet for the 2017-18 academic year is blue; thus the reference to the "Blue Book".

Hard copy booklets are provided to the campus community in key locations, such as residence halls, LaFortune Student Center, the Gender Relations Center, University Counseling Center, University Health Services, McDonald Center for Student Well-Being, Care Consultants, and the Office of Student Affairs. To request booklets for your location, please complete our online request form below.
